Custom jewelry in Nepal
Elix is a small jewelry workshop in Bhaktapur. We take on the personalized work most Nepali brands turn down: one-off pieces, name pieces, a replica of something you’ve lost, made in sterling silver or panchdhatu.

Most of what we make starts as someone's sketch, a photo, or a piece they want remade. You don't need a finished design: a clear description of what you want it to look like, what it should be made of and who it is for is enough to start.

Silver or panchdhatu
- Sterling silver is 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper: bright when polished, and it can be oxidized dark in the recesses to bring out detail. More in our silver jewelry guide.
- Panchdhatu is the five-metal alloy of gold, silver, copper, zinc and iron, warmer in tone and long used in Nepali ritual work. More in our panchadhatu guide.
How a custom order works
- Send your request through the custom order form, with your phone number and delivery address.
- If you have a sketch or photo, send it to us on Instagram or WhatsApp.
- We contact you to talk the piece through, including what it will cost.
- We make it in Bhaktapur and deliver it with Nepal Can Move, anywhere in Nepal.
Pricing
Custom work has no fixed price list, because the cost depends on the metal, how much of it the piece uses, any stones, and how much work the design takes. Free delivery applies to catalog orders paid online, not to custom orders. For larger quantities of the same piece, the bulk order form gets you special pricing.

How do I order a custom piece?
Fill in the custom order form with a description of the piece and your contact and delivery details. We contact you on the phone number you give to talk it through.
Can I send a picture of what I want?
Yes. The form takes a written description; mention that you have a picture, and send it to us on Instagram or WhatsApp.
Can you make the same piece for a group or a business?
Yes. For larger quantities use the bulk order form; we offer special pricing on bulk orders.
Do you make custom jewelry for customers outside Nepal?
Reach us on our socials and we will arrange it directly. Ordering through the website is for delivery inside Nepal.
Is delivery free on custom orders?
No. Free delivery applies only to catalog orders paid online, not to custom orders.
